REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases of virtual currency, packages, memberships, and other virtual items
("Virtual Items") are final and non-refundable.
WHY
Virtual Items are digital goods delivered instantly to your in-game account and are
immediately usable and consumable. Once credited, they cannot be returned or
recovered.
By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital
content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or
cancellation once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
We will review a refund request in these cases only:
1. NON-DELIVERY - You paid but the Virtual Items were never credited to your
account. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will deliver the items
or refund you.
2. DUPLICATE CHARGE - You were accidentally charged more than once for the same
order. Contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate.
3. UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION - A purchase was made without the account holder's
or cardholder's authorization. Contact us immediately so we can investigate.
Refunds are not provided for: changing your mind; buying the wrong package;
accidental in-game use or spending; dissatisfaction with game balance or updates;
account suspension or termination for breach of our Terms of Service; or loss of
Virtual Items due to rule violations.
HOW TO REQUEST
Email [email protected] with your order number, the email used at purchase, and
your in-game username. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank - most issues are
resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may
result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of Virtual Items.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Any Virtual
Items associated with the refunded purchase are removed from your account.
