1. WHO WE ARE
Happy's V2 ("we", "us", "the Service") is a free-to-play downloadable drag-racing
video game for Windows. These Terms govern your use of the game, our website, and
our store. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you
may only make purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who
accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for those purchases.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity
under your account. Do not share, sell, trade, or transfer your account. We may
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
All in-game currency, vehicles, parts, memberships, badges, and other items
(collectively "Virtual Items") are virtual goods that exist only inside the game.
a. Virtual Items have NO real-world monetary value.
b. Virtual Items cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or converted into
cash, cryptocurrency, or anything else of real-world value, by us or by
anyone else.
c. Purchasing Virtual Items grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable,
revocable license to use them within the game. You do not own them.
d. Virtual Items may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside the game, or
exchanged for real money between players.
e. We may modify, rebalance, replace, or remove Virtual Items at any time as
part of normal game operation and balancing.
f. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any Virtual Items
associated with it are forfeited without refund.
5. IN-GAME ECONOMY, TOURNAMENTS AND CHALLENGES
The game includes an in-game marketplace where players may trade virtual vehicles
using virtual currency only. No real money is exchanged between players at any
time.
The game includes tournaments, weekly community challenges, and similar events.
These are free to enter, require no real-money entry fee or stake, and award
virtual in-game currency or Virtual Items only. There is no wagering, no gambling,
and no cash or material prize of any kind.
6. PURCHASES
Purchases are made through our store and processed by our third-party payment
providers. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.
Virtual Items are credited to your in-game account promptly after payment is
confirmed.
Membership products are sold as a fixed one-month term and do not automatically
renew. To continue, you purchase another term.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except as set out in our Refund Policy.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
a. cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, macros, bots, or
modify the game client;
b. attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems;
c. buy, sell, or trade accounts or Virtual Items for real money outside our
store;
d. harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff;
e. use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose;
f. initiate a chargeback in place of contacting us first (see Refund Policy).
8. ANTI-CHEAT
To keep matches fair, the game runs anti-cheat measures that collect technical and
device information. See our Privacy Policy for what is collected and why. Use of
the Service constitutes consent to these measures.
9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without refund, if you breach
these Terms, cheat, commit fraud, or initiate a fraudulent chargeback. You may stop
using the Service at any time.
10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee
uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of
the Service, including the game itself. Purchases confer no right to continued
operation of the Service.
11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly
stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for
any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three
(3) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that
cannot lawfully be limited.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last
updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United
States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
